SALES POLICY
Unless otherwise noted all of the alternative energy products sold on The Solar Biz web site are brand new first line products. We never sell seconds or refurbished products.
Our products include all factory warranties available from the manufacturer in effect at the time of sale. DOA equipment must be reported within 36 hours of receipt of shipment. We have a 20% restocking fee on non electronic returns in new condition with all original packing and materials. There will be no returns on electronic equipment, no exceptions.
