All goods are sold as they stand subject only to manufacturers warranty in effect on the date of sale. Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No returns can be made after 30 days of receipt of product. We have a 20% restocking fee on non electronic returns in new condition with all original packing and materials. There will be no returns on electronic equipment, no exceptions. All returned merchandise must be shipped to us prepaid. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We make no representation or warrant with respect to compliance with job specifications or the provisions of any act or law, unless the manufacturer so warrants. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Always Sign with Exception Whenever you receive an order, remember to sign the shipping slip with exception. "Possible concealed damage" or "subject to inspection" along with your signature. Keeps the door open for freight claims if necessary.
